Reunion Giving

The Class of 1977 was asked to show True Blue pride and our final results are in:

FY 2022 PARTICIPATION GOAL: 50% (i.e., 100 out of 200 classmates)

FY 2022 PARTICIPATION ACTUAL: 48% (i.e., 94 out of 197 classmates. 86 were donors for our 40th.)

FY 2022 CLASS GIFT GOAL: $113,193 (inc. donations, matches, fundraisers)

FY 2022 CLASS GIFT ACTUAL: $58,322 (i.e., 36.46%; Our gift for our 40th was $169,225.)

The Reunion Committee thanks each and every one of you for your support of our beloved alma mater--not just financially. Our bonding this year, despite pandemic challenges, was wonderful to experience. Let's build on that over the next 5 years. We'll be Golden Girls!

50th Reunion Challenge:: Sign up for automatic recurring monthly gifts starting July 1 through our 50th reunion. About $84/month will qualify you for the President's Society. That's $1,000/yr or $5,000 by our Golden Reunion in May 2027.

Will my small gift make a difference?

Yes, every gift counts! Each according to their ability. Our giving priority is "Every Woman, Every Year!"

Why is alumnae participation most important?

Alumnae participation reflects the number of alumnae that give – not the total dollar amount of the gifts. Alumnae giving is extremely important to the College. Alumnae participation is used to determine national rankings (e.g. U.S. News & World Report) and is a factor in funding consideration from corporations, foundations and government grants.
